RETURN POLICY

Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Atelier Delphine. We want to ensure you're satisfied with your online purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase by following the guidelines below.

All goods on sale or purchased with a discount code (except for the 10% First Order code) are final sale. No returns or exchanges accepted.

All purchases made through Facebook & Instagram checkout are final sale. No exceptions.


Returns Within 7 Days of Delivery

Atelier Delphine will accept returns of qualifying products within 7 days of delivery. All products must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact.

Please note:

  • Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. This includes markdowns, socks, and hosiery.

  • Merchandise not purchased on atelierdelphine.com is not eligible for return.

  • Orders placed through Facebook & Instagram are not eligible for return.

  • Due to the costly nature of international shipping, we do not accept international returns.

When returning shoes, the shoe box must be intact and the soles must be like new. We recommend trying on shoes on a soft surface, such as carpet.

All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Unfortunately, store credit is not available at this time.

A flat return shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of a prepaid FedEx return label provided by Atelier Delphine.

Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Atelier Delphine is no longer responsible for any delays, damages, or lost packages. Shipping liability transfers to the customer upon carrier acceptance.

Atelier Delphine reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet our policy requirements.


How to Initiate a Return

You can now request a return directly through your Atelier Delphine account.

  1. Log in to your account on atelierdelphine.com

    • If you haven’t created an account yet, use the same email address you used at checkout to activate one.

  2. Locate the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.

  3. Click “Request Return” and follow the prompts to select the item(s) and reason for return.

  4. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a prepaid FedEx return label and detailed instructions.

  5. Pack your item(s) securely and drop off your return at any FedEx location.

After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment, minus the $10 return shipping fee. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
