All goods on sale or purchased with a discount code (except for the 10% First Order code) are final sale. No returns or exchanges accepted.

WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY

Atelier Delphine will accept returns of qualifying products within 7 days of delivery. All products must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged with original tags and packing. All items marked final sale cannot be returned, this includes mark-downs, socks, and hosiery. We cannot accept returns of merchandise that was not purchased on atelierdelphine.com. 

Due to the costly nature of shipping internationally we do not accept international returns.

Please note that when returning shoes the shoe box must be intact and the soles must be like new. We recommend trying on shoes on a soft surface such as carpet.

All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip and will be eligible for a refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer store credit at this time. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Atelier Delphine holds the right to deny any return that does not meet our policy requirements.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

You can request a return at the above link. We provide you the free return label. You will need the original order number, which can be found in your order confirmation and shipping email, as well as either the zip code / email address / or phone number connected to the order. Once your return is approved, you will receive a shipping label in a separate email. Please print the label, and follow the steps provided. 

We ask that all returns be accompanied by the original packing slip, are packed with care, and in the original package if possible. Attach the provided label and please drop it at the appropriate carrier within 3 business days of return approval. Once your package has been received, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
