Materials & Care
We take care in choosing the materials we work with and the people we work alongside.
Whenever possible, we visit our vendors, build long-term relationships, and stay closely connected to the process behind each garment.
We design with longevity in mind — selecting fabrics that feel good to wear, age beautifully over time, and are made to be cared for, not rushed through a season.

The material offers approximately 90% UV protection and dries quickly, making it both refined and practical.
We recommend dry cleaning to preserve the surface and texture. Store hung or folded away from prolonged direct sunlight.
Made in Japan using recycled polyester, this fabric is developed with intentionally irregular pleating that recalls the feeling of hand-formed folds. The texture is calculated yet retains a natural unpredictability, creating movement and dimension with subtle structure.
While silk was considered, it does not maintain this pleated effect over time. The selected recycled polyester allows the folds to hold their form while remaining soft, lightweight, and fluid. The surface has a matte finish and an exceptionally gentle hand, giving a delicate appearance with unexpected durability.
Garments are cut and sewn locally in Los Angeles.
We recommend dry cleaning to preserve the pleating and texture. Store hung to maintain the natural shape.
