Shipping
Atelier Delphine orders are shipped via UPS from our studio in Southern California.
Domestic shipping rates are as follows:
- $12 flat rate for UPS Ground
- $30 flat rate for UPS 2nd Day Air
- $50 flat rate for UPS Next Day Air
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Once an order has shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. Atelier Delphine is not liable for loss or damage in transit. Any delivery-related inquiries should be directed to your local UPS office.
We ship worldwide via UPS at the following flat rates:
- $25 to Canada
- $45 to all other international destinations
International shipping rates do not include duties or taxes. Recipients are solely responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by the customs agency of the destination country and are collected by the shipping carrier.
If an international order is refused, a refund will be issued upon return receipt, less the cost of round-trip shipping.
Due to duties and taxes, we are unable to accept returns on international orders. For questions regarding import fees, please contact your local customs office or shipping carrier.
Returns
Thank you for shopping with Atelier Delphine. We hope you love your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned following the guidelines below.
Final Sale
Some items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale merchandise
- Items purchased with a discount code (except the 10% First Order code)
- Socks and hosiery
- Orders placed through Facebook or Instagram checkout
- International orders
No exceptions can be made for final sale items.
We gladly accept returns of qualifying items within 7 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Merchandise not purchased directly from atelierdelphine.com is not eligible for return.
For footwear, please keep shoe boxes in their original condition and ensure soles remain unmarked. We recommend trying shoes on a soft surface, such as carpet, to preserve their pristine condition.
All returns should include the original packing slip. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment; store credit is not available at this time.
A $15 flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, covering the cost of a prepaid FedEx label provided by Atelier Delphine. Returns are also subject to a 1% restocking fee based on the value of the items.
Once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. Atelier Delphine is not liable for delays, loss, or damage in transit.
We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet these requirements.
Returns can be requested directly through your Atelier Delphine account:
- Log in at atelierdelphine.com. If you haven’t created an account, use the email address used at checkout to activate one.
- Locate the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
- Click “Request Return” and follow the prompts to select your item(s) and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a prepaid FedEx return label and instructions for shipping.
Pack your item(s) carefully and drop off your return at any FedEx location. After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment, minus the $15 return shipping fee and 1% restocking fee. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been processed.
